About the Ritual
Once you have enjoyed the blue waters of the Retreat Lagoon and opened your pores in the sauna, you enter the retreat chamber. In a spacious sanctuary of three interconnected chambers, you cover your body with the treasures of geothermal seawater.
Rain showers
Plunging rain showers are located throughout the ritual chamber and offer a replenishing cleansing between each step of the ritual.
Silica
Silica, the Blue Lagoon’s iconic white mineral, cleanses and strengthens your skin—giving you a fresh, pure, radiant appearance.
Algae mask
Blue Lagoon algae is extraordinarily dynamic. It renews, nourishes, and moisturizes your skin— opening the door to an enduring, youthful glow.
Minerals
The Blue Lagoon’s uniquely potent array of minerals have energizing effects on your mind and body—exfoliating your skin and stimulating your circulation.
Mineral oils
Once you have gone through all three chambers, you apply Blue Lagoon skin care oils to your replenished skin.
