• Blue Lagoon gift cards for a certain monetary amount are valid for 4 years from the date of issue.
• Blue Lagoon experience gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Blue Lagoon reserves the right to modify products, product supply, and prices during the validity of the gift card. In such cases, the gift card will be valid as credit for a period of 4 years from the date of issue.
• All gift cards are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Blue Lagoon.

Blue Lagoon is not responsible for any losses as a result of theft, or any unauthorized disposal or use of gift cards from the date of issue.

Gift cards can be used as payment for other services, including those offered at Blue Lagoon, Retreat Spa, Silica Hotel, Retreat Hotel, Lava and Moss restaurants, and in all our stores. Please note that if the gift certificate is being used towards a more expensive experience, the difference in payment must then be covered. Gift cards cannot be utilized for online purchases of skincare products, however, we welcome customers to use their gift cards at any of our stores located at Blue Lagoon or our other retail locations at Kringlan, Keflavík International Airport, and Laugavegur 15.
