The experience
This 30-minute session requires no experience or skill. It can be fully customized to meet your needs or help you work toward your own goals.

What to expect
Meditation is inherently a fluid state, and you take out of the session what you bring to it. If you are not used to meditation, please know that it is not unusual for the mind to wander.
First and foremost, meet yourself with kindness and allow your mind to adjust to a new way of responding to your environment—whether you are new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner.
